How long does shipping take?
For pre-built keyboards and accessories in stock, orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. For custom keyboard builds, please allow 2-4 weeks for our team to source, assemble, lubricate, and test your board before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. For custom-built keyboards, returns are not accepted unless there is a defect in the components or our assembly, as each order is highly personalized.
Can I request specific switches for a pre-built keyboard?
Pre-built keyboards come with the switch options listed on their product page. If you want a specific switch not listed, we recommend selecting our 'Custom Build' service where every component is tailored to your preference.
What does 'lubing switches' mean and why is it recommended?
Lubing involves applying a specialized lubricant to the internal plastics of a mechanical switch. This reduces friction, creates a smoother keypress, eliminates 'scratchy' sounds, and deepens the acoustic signature ('thock') of the keyboard.
