1. Acceptance Of Terms
By using Hibiskeys, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order. Hibiskeys is a Pakistan-based custom mechanical keyboard store serving customers in Pakistan.
2. Products And Services
Hibiskeys sells mechanical keyboards, keyboard kits, switches, keycaps, accessories, custom build services, and related support. Product photos, colors, sounds, typing feel, and descriptions are provided to help you choose, but small differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, batch variation, material tolerances, and custom assembly.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login details private and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. We may refuse, cancel, or pause an order if information appears incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or impossible to verify.
4. Pricing, Promotions, And Availability
- Prices are shown in PKR unless stated otherwise.
- Stock can change quickly, especially for limited keyboard parts and custom build components.
- Promotions, discount codes, free delivery offers, and sitewide sales may have conditions, product exclusions, quantity limits, or expiry times.
- If a pricing, stock, or product listing error occurs, we may correct it and contact you before processing or cancel the affected order with a refund where payment was received.
5. Orders And Payment
An order is submitted when checkout is completed, but it is accepted only after Hibiskeys confirms stock, delivery details, and payment. We may request payment proof or additional verification. Send order and payment proof questions to orders@hibiskeys.com.
6. Custom Builds
Custom keyboards are built around your chosen layout, parts, switches, keycaps, budget, sound profile, color direction, and notes. Because custom builds are assembled or tuned specifically for you, they may require extra lead time and are not returnable for change of mind once parts are reserved, assembly begins, or the order is confirmed as custom.
We will make reasonable efforts to match your requested preferences, but exact sound, feel, color, and availability cannot be guaranteed. Any quoted custom build timeline is an estimate and may change because of part availability, testing, delivery constraints, or customer approval delays.
7. Delivery In Pakistan
Hibiskeys is built for customers in Pakistan. In-stock keyboards, switches, keycaps, and accessories are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Custom builds typically take 2-4 weeks because we source parts, assemble, lube, tune, and test the keyboard before dispatch. Delivery timing and charges are confirmed at checkout or by support based on your city, address, order size, and the selected delivery method.
8. Returns, Damage, And Warranty
- All products include a 1 month checking warranty for functional issues after delivery.
- If a product arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Custom-built keyboards are not returnable unless there is a defect in the components or our assembly.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, liquid damage, physical damage after delivery, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear, cosmetic preference, switch/keycap sound preference, or damage caused by incompatible parts not supplied by Hibiskeys.
- We may ask for photos, video, order details, troubleshooting steps, or return inspection before approving a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit.

9. Hibi Assistant And Recommendations
Hibi provides product guidance and build suggestions based on available product data and your stated preferences. Recommendations are not a binding quote until confirmed at checkout or by Hibiskeys support. You are responsible for reviewing selected products, prices, stock, delivery details, and compatibility before placing an order.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by:
- Submitting false, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent information.
- Trying to access admin areas, accounts, databases, APIs, or systems without permission.
- Interfering with checkout, inventory, pricing, search, Hibi assistant, or support systems.
- Copying product content, images, designs, branding, or site materials without permission except where allowed by law.
11. Intellectual Property
Hibiskeys branding, website content, product presentation, copy, photos, graphics, and interface elements belong to Hibiskeys or our licensors unless stated otherwise. Product names and brands from third parties belong to their respective owners.
12. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Hibiskeys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of data, profit, business, or opportunity. For any order-related claim, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product or service.
13. Force Majeure
Hibiskeys is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, shortages, import or supplier issues, payment network problems, power or internet outages, natural events, strikes, government restrictions, or security incidents.
14. Governing Law And Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it through support. If it cannot be resolved informally, the matter will be handled by the competent courts or forums in Pakistan, subject to applicable law.
15. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as our store, policies, products, payment methods, delivery process, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date. Continued use of Hibiskeys after changes means you accept the updated terms.
